The Samuel Dubois Cook Center on Social Equity and the Fuqua School of Business invite applications for a two-year post-doctoral fellowship (one-year contract renewable based on performance) to begin at the earliest July 1, 2024.

The postdoc will conduct research in collaboration with one or more faculty whose interests include social equity, leadership, diversity, intersectionality, bias, inequality, and social hierarchies. The Samuel Dubois Cook Center on Social Equity and the Fuqua School of Business both provide an outstanding environment for research. The post-doctoral fellow will be expected to contribute to the intellectual environment of both entities. The salary is competitive plus benefits and a research and travel budget.

Successful candidates must have completed the requirements for a Ph.D. in a social science discipline (e.g., organizational behavior, sociology, psychology, economics), or in a related discipline, by July 2024. The post-doctoral fellowship is exclusively for recent Ph.D. graduates. Eligible candidates need not have previously held a faculty or postdoctoral position.

Applicants should submit their materials, including letters of recommendation, via Academic Jobs Online. https://academicjobsonline.org/ajo/fellowship/26688

The candidate’s advisor will be asked to verify the date of Ph.D. completion. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled with preferences given to those applications received prior to February 15, 2024.
