Project Vox at Duke University is seeking a part-time Associate in Research for the 2023-2024 academic year. This part-time position will focus on outreach and assessment for the Vox team consisting of faculty, staff and students at all levels. The position will involve: promoting our work through social media, our blog, and our newsletter; maintaining the Project Vox website (e.g., updating team and contributor profiles and testing site functionality) and the social media accounts (e.g., Twitter); monitoring Google analytics to advise on the effectiveness of various outreach strategies; conducting and developing content for outreach campaigns; and, ensuring that website content, including the blog, is accurate and regularly updated. Appointment Timeline: academic year 2023-2024. Qualifications: The successful applicant will be a PhD student in the humanities with demonstrated commitment to inclusivity and diversity in teaching and scholarship and knowledge of open access publishing policies (CC-BY-NC 4.0). Knowledge of the history of modern European philosophy is a plus.
