Hopkins Marine Station The Hopkins Marine Station, a division of the Department of Biology of Stanford University, invites applications for a tenure track faculty position as Assistant Professor with a research and teaching specialization in the area of cell biology of marine organisms. Areas of interest include but are not limited to biogeochemistry, cell motility, cell signaling, development, photosynthesis, stress responses, and symbiosis. Research conducted on any marine organism, including Eukaryotes, Bacteria and Archaea, is welcome. Research and teaching will be based at the Hopkins Marine Station in Pacific Grove, CA. Applicants are expected to develop a vigorous research program and to participate in undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral education and training.
