The high-energy nuclear theory group at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) invites applications for a postdoctoral position in the group of Prof. Zhongbo Kang. The start date is provisionally Fall 2019. Applicants are expected to have a Ph.D. in theoretical nuclear or particle physics by the beginning of the postdoctoral appointment. 

The research interests of the group are primarily in Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD) and strong interaction, and their applications in high energy nuclear and particle physics.
