Applications are invited for a 2+1 year postdoctoral position (subject to satisfactory performance and funds availability) at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) in Moscow, Russia. Skoltech is a new graduate university established in collaboration with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (http://www.skoltech.ru/en/). It is an ambitious project aimed at bringing together the best international and Russian traditions in education, research and innovation. The official language of instruction and communication at Skoltech is English. Required qualifications: Ph.D. in theoretical high-energy physics or a closely related subject (theoretical condensed matter, quantum information theory, etc.). A record of research activities in one of the following areas, broadly defined: quantum dynamics, quantum chaos, eigenstate thermalization, many-body localization, foundations of quantum statistical mechanics, quantum entanglement, quantum complexity, physics of black holes, bulk reconstruction. Postdoctoral scholar will be supervised by Prof. A. Dymarsky and also closely interact with the group of Prof. B. Fine (full list of Skoltech faculty http://faculty.skoltech.ru/faculty/).
