The Department of Electrical & Biomedical Engineering at the University of Vermont seeks applicants for a lecturer position in Biomedical Engineering with an expected start date of August 15, 2018. We seek a highly motivated individual with robust interest in undergraduate engineering education who is excited to develop and teach a variety of required undergraduate courses in the Biomedical Engineering curriculum including laboratory and design courses. The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. degree, M.S. degree, or research experience in Biomedical Engineering and with expertise in biomedical instrumentation development, medical device development, biomedical signal processing, biomaterials, systems biology, network biology, and/or computational biology. The position is especially suited for someone with design experience or experience in a laboratory setting.
