Position Description:    

The position will be instrumental in working with Dr. Alexander Hartemink to analyze and develop statistical models to study the biomechanisms of DNA binding factors associated with the regulation of transcription. The incumbent will develop statistical and computational methods for data analysis, integration and visualization. S/he will work with a variety of high throughput omics (genomic, epigenomic, etc.) data with the model organism Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
