Postdoctoral Associate position

The Laboratory of NeuroGenetics at Duke University (http://haririlab.com) seeks a motivated Postdoctoral Associate for a collaborative project with the Translational Center for Stress-Related Disorders at Duke University Medical Center on identifying potential biomarkers of risk for PTSD.  Because this project will emphasize biomarker discovery in patterns of brain and immune function, we seek someone with expertise in both psychoneuroimmunology and neuroimaging.

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and will be able to successfully juggle multiple projects and make connections across research areas.  Expected skills include programming and data analysis.

Responsibilities will include collaborating on the development of research questions, data analysis, manuscript and grant preparation, and the supervision of students and research assistants.

This position is for one year with full benefits and salary, which will be determined based on current NIH scales.
