Duke is looking to hire a highly motivated Organic or Physical Organic Chemist interested in expanding and deepening their skills. This postdoctoral associate will become a member of a multidisciplinary team that is applying a combination of theory, bioanalytical techniques, and dynamic combinatorial libraries to uncover structure-activity relationships that guide the supramolecular chemistry of xenon. The postdoctoral associate will lead the dynamic combinatorial approaches, but is expected to engage in and contribute to the overarching project activities. Comfort with contemporary skills in organic synthesis are critical, as is an ability to design, execute, and interpret quantitative studies of binding, including shifts in the population of the dynamic combinatorial libraries.

Minimum Qualifications: Qualified applicants must have considerable experience in Synthetic Chemistry and Physical Organic Chemistry.

PhD in Organic Chemistry or a related field.
