Position Description:    

Applications are invited for postdoctoral associates in theoretical physics in the Center for Cosmology and Particle Physics. The position is for 3 years subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds, the starting date is September 1, 2020. The PD will work in the research group of Profs. Dubovsky, Gabadadze, Porrati and Sirlin. The CCPP is a unique group of faculty, students and research scientists working together on fundamental questions in particle physics, string theory, astrophysics and cosmology. We are seeking candidates with research interest in string theory, theories of quantum and classical gravity within and beyond general relativity, theoretical cosmology and non-perturbative field theory.

Job Summary: Conduct research independently and in collaboration with the PIs, give and help organize seminars on research, participate in the intellectual life of CCPP.

Qualifications: PhD in physics or equivalent research experience.
