Information Systems Teaching Track Multiple Positions Beginning Fall 2020

Carnegie Mellon University is a research and education leader in the intersection of technology, organizations, and society. As a community, we are grounded in real-world problem solving, drive innovation, nurture diversity, and develop compassionate leaders.

We are interested in candidates who can teach in one or more of the areas of data science, computer science, or information systems. We have several broad areas of interest, including but not limited to, software development, mobile computing, information security and assurance, information technology for development, data science and big data, and design of user-centered systems. However, we give higher priority to the overall originality and promise of the candidate’s work rather than to the sub-areaof specialization. A record of teaching effectiveness and/or relevant industry experience is expected.
