Position Overview: The Department of Computer Science at Merrimack College invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor. The successful candidate will start in Fall 2020 and must demonstrate potential for a record of excellence in teaching, research, and service to the department, school, and college. The candidate will be expected to teach a typical three-course-per-semester workload across the curriculum, maintain an active and fruitful research program, and engage in service at all levels of the college. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to take a leading role in the development and implementation of the department’s planned Master’s program.

Qualifications: Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related field. While strong candidates of all specialties will be considered, primary consideration will be given to candidates with specialties in Network Security, Computer Forensics, Intelligent Systems and Automation, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
