The Department of Electrical Engineering at Merrimack College invites applications for the Associate Professor/Professor, Electrical Engineering position at a senior rank, with tenure. Departmental areas of interest include Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, and Power Engineering with emphasis on EERE. Candidates with demonstrated leadership experience will be given preference. Also required, in order of importance, are a commitment to excellence in teaching, to research and to service. Helpful characteristics of the successful candidate can include curricular innovation, recruiting, and retention. The anticipated start date for the position is fall 2020. Qualifications: A Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline (including, but not limited to Physics, Mechatronics, and Computer Engineering) is required for consideration.
