A salaried full-time research assistant position with complete benefits is available in the Baugh lab in the Department of Biology at Duke University. The Associate in Research will contribute to projects investigating genetic variation in toxin responses in nematodes with a focus on genome editing and RNA sequencing. Full-time research experience and molecular biology skills are necessary, and computational skills are highly desirable. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to media and reagent preparation, molecular biology, worm culture, genetic analysis, microscopy, and microinjections.
