The Sociology and Anthropology Department at Colgate University invites applications for a one-year visiting assistant professor position in Sociology beginning fall semester 2020. Research and teaching interests preferred in gender and sexuality, along with secondary interests in the following areas: race and ethnicity, queer studies, and/or transgender studies. Completion of Ph.D. in Sociology is expected prior to or shortly after the date of hire.
