The ACME collaboration seeks a postdoctoral fellow to lead the next generation, The ACME III experiment. The experiment is a probe for new particles beyond the Standard Model (BSM) and uses state-of-the-art laser spectroscopy to search for the electron electric dipole moment (EDM). ACME III will improve on the state-of-the-art EDM limit (set by the ACME collaboration) and have sensitivity to 100 TeV BSM particles. Additional information about ACME can be found at http://www.doylegroup.harvard.edu/edm/.
We invite applications from outstanding experimentalists. The appointment is for 1 year with extension expected. The start date is flexible, but should be within a year of application. To apply, submit a curriculum vitae, a list of publications. Applicants should also arrange for three letters of reference. All materials are accepted only through the website listed below. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis beginning 1 October 2019. Experience in AMO experiment, especially Precision Measurement, is preferred.
