The Department of Physics at the University of Notre Dame announces two, two-year postdoctoral positions in Theoretical High Energy Physics to begin in Fall 2021. One will be a joint position with Fermilab. Both positions are renewable for a third year contingent on funding and performance.
The faculty of the Notre Dame High Energy Theory group includes A. Delgado, C. Kolda, A. Martin and Y. Tsai. We are joined by a large experimental group with active participation in CMS, DUNE, and IceCube, and with whom we interact regularly. Our group also shares many interests in common with ND's astrophysics and cosmology group, and maintains close ties to Fermilab and to neighboring institutions in Chicago and the greater Michigan-Illinois-Indiana region.
Applicants should submit (electronically) a curriculum vitae, including a list of publications and a statement of research interests, and three letters of recommendation through AJO. These correspondences should be submitted by December 1, 2020 in order to receive full attention.
