The String Theory group of the Yau Mathematical Sciences Center (YMSC) at Tsinghua University invites applications for several postdoctoral positions starting from fall of 2021 in the areas of string theory, quantum field theories, mathematical physics, and quantum gravity. The position is for two years with a possibility of extension of another year.
YMSC was established in 2009 and now has more than 80 faculties working in various areas of mathematics. YMSC is at the forefront of research exploring the intersection between physics and mathematics. Current faculty members of the String Theory group include Chi-Ming Chang, Babak Haghighat, Si Li, Hai Lin, Mauricio Romo, Wei Song, Dan Xie and Wenbin Yan.
