We invite applications for a postdoc position at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in the fields of theoretical astroparticle physics with emphasis on dark matter, axions, neutrino physics and related topics. The position will be placed within the group of theoretical astroparticle physics at KIT, lead by Thomas Schwetz. A lively research environement is available at KIT, including active groups in theoretical high energy physics (LHC phenomenology, flavour physics, Higgs physics, QFT) as well as several groups in experimental particle and astroparticle physics (KATRIN, XENON,
DARWIN, Pierre Auger, IceCube, CMS, Belle-2, AMS-II).
The position is initially offered for two years, starting in fall 2021, and can be extended for one more year subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds. An applicant should have a PhD degree in a relevant area obtained prior to the start of the position. Applicants should submit a curriculum vitae including a brief research statement and a publication list. They should also arrange for two or three letters of recommendation.
