NOTE: This position is ONLY open to graduates of the Duke University PhD in Computational, Media Arts & Cultures or another equivalent PhD program, classes of 2019 and 2020.

The Computational Media, Arts & Culture Program at Duke University is seeking a Post-PhD Instructor for a one-semester (Spring 2021) teaching appointment in Information Science + Studies. Eligible applicants must have graduated from the Computational, Media Arts & Cultures PhD program at Duke, or another equivalent PhD program, in 2019 or 2020, and have their degree in hand at the time they begin their teaching at Duke. The successful applicant must be able to teach core undergraduate courses in computational media art and design and information studies (introductory and intermediate/advanced levels). A total of two courses will be taught during Spring 2021. Applicants should submit a letter of application, curriculum vitae, statement of teaching philosophy, and the names and contact information for three confidential referees.
