The William I. Fine Theoretical Physics Institute (FTPI) is seeking applications for the Bill Fine Postdoctoral Researcher position in theoretical physics. The position is open to qualified candidates working in all areas of high energy theoretical physics. The selected candidate is expected to conduct research in collaboration with FTPI members, which currently includes Professors A. Chubukov, A. Kamenev, K. Olive, M. Pospelov, M. Shifman, and B. Shklovskii.

The appointment is expected to start on September 1, 2021 (or sooner) and will be for two years with a possible extension of a third year. Applications will ONLY be accepted online via the UMN Employment system. Submit a cover letter, c.v., research statement and a list of references. Required qualifications: A Ph.D. in physics by the begin date of appointment.
