The Institute for Quantum Matter (IQM) at the Johns Hopkins University invites applications for the IQM Condensed Matter Theory Postdoctoral Fellow position with a flexible starting date. The position is sponsored by the DOE Energy Frontier Research Center. The postdoctoral fellow is expected to interact with faculty in condensed matter theory and conduct theoretical research on the frontiers in quantum matter, including but not limited to topological matter, unconventional superconductivity and other strongly correlated electron systems. Successful applicants are expected to demonstrate high aptitude for theoretical research as well as to establish connections with the IQM theoretical and experimental groups at Johns Hopkins, Cornell, George Mason, ISSP/U Tokyo, Penn State, Princeton and Rutgers (https://iqm.jhu.edu/people/principal-investigators/).

The position is for two years (renewed annually), subject to mutual agreement and the availability of funding. The appointment includes a competitive salary and benefits, and research/travel funds.
