The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech announces its first year of the Sutterfield Faculty Fellows Program. The Sutterfield Faculty Fellows Program offers an opportunity for a fully supported postdoctoral research fellowship in ECE as well as mentoring and professional development with the aim of maximizing the potential of the scholar to advance to an independent faculty position. Successful applicants will form an independent research program while forging collaborations and mentoring relationships with members of the Georgia Tech faculty. In addition to this opportunity to progress towards research independence, the postdoctoral fellows will be expected to teach one course as the instructor on record. Women and underrepresented minorities are particularly encouraged to apply.

Applicants should be in the late stages of their PhD, expecting to graduate in 6-9 months. Applicants from Georgia Tech are welcome to apply, but the expectation is that the fellow form research collaborations independent of their doctoral advisor and be mentored by a different faculty member.

Interested candidates should apply and send the following materials listed below to - hr.gatech.edu/careers and select "start your search here" under external applicants. Then select "View all jobs."
