duties in this position include the following: • Assist with research projects o Test participants in behavioral, fMRI, and TMS studies o Write code for behavioral paradigms (e.g., e-Prime) and fMRI analyses (Matlab, SPM, FSL) o Analyze different types of data (e.g., behavioral, fMRI, MRI, DTI, TMS) o Generate results (tables, images) for presentations and publications o Contribute to the writing of manuscripts o Present results at lab meetings and conferences o Generate ideas for new projects and lead new projects • Assist with lab administration o Help hire undergraduate research assistants (RAs) and train them in basic lab procedures and policies o With the help of RAs, recruit and schedule participants and update participants' database o Coordinate IRB approval and renewals, and collect information required for grant and IRB renewals o Help with grant writing, editing, proofreading, formatting, and submission o Administer petty cash; keep track of receipts; validate MRI billing; order equipment and supplies o Organize lab meetings; update website and online calendar; provide secretarial support to Dr. Cabeza If interested please apply now...
