Position Description: |
INSTRUCTOR, Chemistry, to teach undergraduate organic chemistry for fall 2021. Responsibilities include lecturing half of a first semester and half of a second semester organic chemistry subject, participating in generating course material (e.g., problem sets and examinations) and administration of both subjects for the fall semester, in collaboration with MIT faculty. Some teaching of organic laboratory classes may also be required. REQUIRED: a Ph.D. in chemistry, demonstrated excellence in teaching, outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to undergraduate education.
