Candidates must have a PhD in a field relevant to one of the above programs, and have outstanding records of scholarly publications, research support, and a history of commitment to the mentorship of students from underrepresented and underserved populations. The successful candidate will be expected to continue their active research program and mentoring activities, as well as help design, implement and assess innovative new programs that lead to demonstrable advances in diversity, equity and inclusion for our students, faculty, and staff. Service and teaching expectations will not exceed those of any other faculty position. Tenure track faculty are expected to develop and maintain an active research agenda for future tenure considerations and are evaluated on their research/scholarly activity, teaching and service.
