Position Description: |
The Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering invites
applications for three tenure-track positions. We are hiring in all areas
of ECE, including devices, circuits, computer architecture, control systems,
signal processing, and data science with particular interest in the following
cross-cutting areas: Next generation computer engineering, including quantum
computing, integrated photonics, circuits, computer organization and
biological/neural computing; inclusive technologies, including
sustainable energy, embedded systems, and ethical AI/ML; and networking and/or
data science with applications to space systems and infrastructure. Hires will be made at the Assistant Professor rank
(Tenure-track). The positions are full-time, multi-year appointments with
9-month service periods and with an anticipated start date of September 1,

have earned a doctorate (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering,
Computer Engineering, Applied Physics or related field, by the date of
