Position Description: |
INSTRUCTOR, Chemistry, to teach undergraduate organic chemistry for the 2022-2023 academic year and contribute to the development of pedagogical materials in organic chemistry. Responsibilities include teaching a combination of undergraduate organic and general chemistry classes in collaboration with MIT faculty, with an expected teaching load of up to two lecture courses per term; developing pedagogical materials for undergraduate chemistry courses including an initiative to create guided learning demos for undergraduate chemistry courses; and depending upon the qualifications of the applicant, some teaching of laboratory classes could also be considered, with an expected laboratory load of up to two URIECA modules per term.
