A research scientist position is open to study developmental regulation of morphogenesis. This is a full time, exempt position. A well qualified applicant should have extensive experience in bioinformatics including a full range of analytical tools for evaluating genomes, scRNA-seq, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, and ATAC-seq databases. The candidate should also be qualified to carry out a number bench activities including preparation of cells and libraries for scRNA-seq. That individual should have experience with publishing scientific papers in developmental biology.
