Associate In Research in the Dunn lab at Duke University 
We seek a research associate to work at Duke University on an exciting new project at the interface of machine learning and neuroscience. The associate will run experiments and apply new tools for computer vision to analyze new high-dimensional datasets of real biological systems. 

Specific Work Performed
  • Run behavioral recordings and brain imaging experiments in animals 
  • Build, train, and evaluate new multi-modal deep learning models 
  • Perform exploratory data analysis 
Other Work Performed and Expectations 
  • Document progress consistently and add progress reports to the lab archive 
  • Attend weekly lab meetings 
  • Communicate with staff and students in the lab, and assist in training new lab members to use established protocols 
The position will provide opportunities to co-author publications and build a productive portfolio for applying to graduate programs or industry jobs.
