The Lukin Lab seeks a Fellow. Applicants should have an undergraduate degree in Physics. Fellow duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

● Organize references and subject materials for research projects. ● Maintain up‐to‐date awareness of developments in the relevant areas of research. ● Prepare figures and diagrams for presentations and publications. ● Communicate results and collaborate with the PI and other team members. Participate in research collaborations. ● Attend group and individual meetings and present findings, respond to challenges, and participate in exchanges of ideas to advance the science. ● Contribute to the preparation of articles on research outcomes and progress and to the submission of manuscripts for publication. ● Participate in the drafting, editing, and proofing of grant proposals, annual grant reports, and manuscripts for publication and recommend modifications to the Principal Investigator. ● Attend and participate in seminars, lectures, conferences, workshops and other types of scientific meetings. ● Support the project Principal Investigator in designing, performing and analyzing experiments to be conducted on a broad spectrum of physics research, utilizing facilities and technologies to investigate changing research interests and techniques. ● Assist in data collection and data management. Conducts statistical analysis of the interest area. ● Generate hypotheses and designs and performs experiments. ● Execute multiple experiments simultaneously, over time, and/or independently. ● Record, analyze, and interpret experimental findings. Maintain lab notebooks. ● May participate in advising/mentoring/training junior lab members. ● Contribute to the maintenance of equipment and general functioning of the lab. ● Other related duties, as assigned.
