POSTDOCTORAL OPENING IN HIGH-ENERGY THEORY/PHENOMENOLOGY AT CARLETON UNIVERSITY The Theoretical Particle Physics group at Carleton University anticipates filling one or more three-year Postdoctoral Fellow or Research Associate positions to start in the Fall of 2023, with the third year conditional on performance and funding availability. We are seeking candidates with research experience in model-building and/or astroparticle physics and/or collider phenomenology.
The Theoretical Particle Physics group consists of seven faculty members: Bruce Campbell, Stephen Godfrey, Thomas Gregoire, Seyda Ipek, Heather Logan, Daniel Stolarski, and Yue Zhang. The broad interest of the theory group is BSM phenomenology. Carleton University also has a strong experimental particle physics group whose members are involved in the ATLAS detector collaboration at the LHC, and dark matter and neutrino experiments at the SNOLab facility.
