The Princeton University Physics Department invites applications for an Assistant Professor position in theoretical physics, broadly defined. The department has strong research groups in a number of subfields in theory. This search is open to all subfields, including gravity, high energy, condensed matter, biophysics, quantum, and mathematical physics. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Physics and are expected to demonstrate an outstanding record of independent research accomplishment and creativity as well as a strong interest in teaching and mentoring students.
