Description

The Department of Physics at Carnegie Mellon University invites applications for one or more postdoctoral positions (contingent on funding) to begin on September 1, 2023. The group presently consists of Professors R. Penco, R. Rosen, I. Rothstein and G. Tarnopolsky. The interests of our group cover areas of particle physics, effective field theory, cosmology, gravity, quantum field theory, quantum information, and research connecting high energy physics and condensed matter physics. Qualifications

The anticipated starting date is September 2023, though earlier or later start dates can be accommodated. Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in Physics by the time of appointment.
