A paid visiting scholar position is available in Ke Dong’s lab in the Department of Biology at Duke University. The start date is April 1, 2023. The main duty will be assisting postdoc associates with various molecular genetic and electrophysiological experiments. The visiting scholar will be able to learn a variety of techniques, such as CRISPR-Cas9 in mosquitoes and Drosophila melanogaster and functional characterization of ion channels and receptors expressed in Xenopus oocytes.
