Roy Lab at Duke University Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is seeking a postdoctoral scholar who (1) will make significant contributions to the research agenda of the laboratory, and (2) will work to mentor, train and educate the graduate and undergraduate students in the laboratory. Research in Roy Lab relevant to this position is focused on MOCVD of 2D transition metal dichalcogenides, electrical and optical characterization of 2D devices used in neuromorphic computing and the design and fabrication of neuromorphic circuits using these devices. The candidate must hold a PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields. The required documents for application are (1) CV and (2) two letters of recommendation.
