Scientists of the Collaborative Research Center conduct research in particle physics phenomenology broadly defined, including Higgs boson and top quark physics, QCD and hadron collider physics, B-physics and dark matter physics. Members of the CRC are also interested in developing theoretical tools aimed at advancing particle physics phenomenology, such as perturbative computations in quantum field theory, machine learning, effective field theories, global fits etc.

The Center invites applications for a number of postdoctoral positions in theoretical particle physics (hep-ph) with a starting date in the fall of 2023 or earlier.

Applications should be submitted via Academic Jobs Online (AJO) and should include a cover letter, curriculum vitae, a list of publications, a short summary of research interests and future research plans. Applicants should arrange for three letters of reference from senior scientists to be submitted through AJO.

All applicants should indicate the research areas of the CRC and/or names of principal investigators which an applicant would like to work on/with (several choices can be given).
