The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Merrimack College is seeking to hire several full-time tenure-track faculty at the ranks of Assistant or Associate Professor. Candidates with an interest and background in fluid mechanics, energy systems, design, data analytics, or biomechanics, are strongly encouraged to apply.

Applicants for the position are required to have an earned doctorate in Mechanical Engineering. The successful candidate will be expected to engage in both undergraduate and graduate teaching and pursue research and scholarship activities.

Merrimack College is a private, selective, comprehensive college. The College offers 90 undergraduate programs in liberal arts, science and engineering, business, and education. With a newly renovated student innovation space, laboratories, and machine shop, Mechanical Engineering has a growing and vibrant undergraduate program. The Department of Mechanical Engineering offers a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
