Position Description:    

The School of Psychology in the College of Sciences at the Georgia Institute of Technology plans to hire two lecturers beginning January 2, 2018 and continuing through May 15, 2019, including Summer 2018.  Successful candidates will have a Ph.D. in Psychology at the time of employment and will have excellent teaching skills; one of the positions will favor applicants with a graduate specialization in I/O or social/personality psychology.  Both positions will require extensive teaching at the undergraduate level. 


One of the positions will also require teaching at the graduate level in service of our Industrial-Organizational and Quantitative programs.  We also expect that the I/O-lecturer will contribute to the newly formed Work Science Center. We are especially interested in covering graduate courses in Hierarchical Linear Modeling, Social Psychology, Personality, and I/O specialty courses (e.g., Employee selection, Training, etc).  


At the undergraduate level, we are looking for help with our Research Methods, Statistics, Social Psychology, Intro and varied topics that will be informed by the choice of candidates.
