Work Performed
The Associate in Research position for the Samuel DuBois Cook Center on Social Equity at Duke University will be responsible for assisting the Principal Investigator and Co-Investigators on a National Institutes of Health grant entitled, Religion, Spirituality and CVD Risks: A Focus on African Americans. The position will assist the research team on all matters relating to this project, including the interpretation and dissemination of findings, writing policy briefs, recruitment efforts and data collection, and coding/cleaning of data.
Required Qualifications at this Level
Master of Public Health and experience in quantitative data collection and analysis related to racial and ethnic health disparities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on NIH funded projects and experience working at Duke University in a research center environment
