Associate-in-Research Position -Effect of Immune Cells on CRISPR-Edited Engineered Skeletal Muscle. Specific responsibilities include: culture of skeletal muscle myoblasts, preparation and monitoring of engineered skeletal muscle cells, measurement of inflammatory responses of engineered skeletal muscle cells, data analysis, ordering of supplies, managing expenses on various research codes, and oversight of lab task schedules. Requirements Education: BS in biomedical engineering or biomedical science.
