The high energy theory group in the Department of Physics at the University of Michigan welcomes applications for Leinweber Postdoctoral Fellow positions starting in the Fall of 2022, in the area of high energy physics phenomenology.  Areas of interest include beyond the standard model physics, early universe physics, standard model physics, dark matter, and neutrino physics.

Phenomenology faculty of the high energy theory group at Michigan are Aaron Pierce and James Wells.  The high energy group also has an active formal effort with faculty Ratin Akhoury, Henriette Elvang, Finn Larsen, Jim Liu, and Leo Pando-Zayas . The group is part of the Leinweber Center for Theoretical Physics (LCTP) which along with colleagues in Cosmology/Astrophysics generates a vibrant collaborative environment for research with an active visitor program, workshops, and conferences.

Required Qualifications 

Ph.D. in Physics or related field.
