The Architecture Section of the Knowlton School is seeking candidates at the Assistant or Associate level for a tenure track position in architecture. Candidates should have a dedicated interest in advanced materials and sustainable practices as well as their theory, application, or research. The position will begin in August 2018.

This position is part of Ohio State's Discovery Themes Initiative, a significant faculty hiring investment in key thematic areas in which the university can build on its culture of academic collaboration to make a global impact. The Architecture Section seeks candidates who demonstrate promise of significant contribution to design research and scholarship and a productive enthusiasm for teaching. Responsibilities would include design studios, core courses, and seminars in areas of the candidate’s research interests.
