The Institute of Nuclear and Particle Physics (INPAC) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), Shanghai, China invites applications for 1-2 postdoctoral researcher positions to work on particle and/or nuclear physics experiments. We welcome highly motivated applicants who have obtained or about to have a Ph.D. degree in nuclear physics, particle physics, or a related field.  

The successful candidate are expected to make major contributions in the area of interdisciplinary experimental studies, such as but not limited to, nuclear astrophysics experiments, laser induced nuclear experiments, muon g-2 experiment (http://muon-g-2.fnal.gov) and muon to electron conversion experiment. The initial appointment is 2 years with possible extension and/or promotion. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and subsidized housing options through the university. We also offer assistance in applying for the prestigious "T.D. Lee Postdoctoral Fellowship" and “Chung-Yao Chao Postdoctoral Fellowship” for additional benefits.
