The Kavli IPMU invites applications for a fixed-term project assistant professor position in the field of nuclear medicine. The successful candidate will have the ability to synthesize chemical compounds and conduct cell biological analyses of cancer stem cells. He or she is expected to work with experimental physicists involved in the development of hard X-ray/gamma-ray imaging devices. An M.D. or Ph.D. is required.

The appointment will be made as soon as a decision is reached, and last through to the end of March 2021.
