The Department of Physics at Mount Allison University invites applications for a one–year Post– doctoral teaching fellowship (McCain Fellowship) to start on July 1, 2018, subject to budgetary approval. The teaching duty consists of three one-semester courses in the 2018/19 academic year including the associated labs, if any. We seek applicants who will hold a PhD by the start date, can demonstrate prior teaching experience and a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching, and who have research expertise in one of the following areas: Experimental Subatomic Physics, Theoretical Particle Physics, Materials Science, Medical Physics, or Stellar Astrophysics.
