The Department of Biology at Mount Allison University invites applications for a full-time term position. Applicants should possess a Ph.D. and have a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching. We are seeking someone to teach four courses (two per term) as follows: fall - Animal Behaviour (Biol 3401) and either Introduction to Ecology (Biol 2101) or Advanced Design and Statistical Analysis (Biol 4711); winter – either Conservation Biology (Biol 3811) or Ecology and Biology of Fishes (Biol 4411) and one other course in the candidate’s area of expertise. The successful candidate will also be expected to participate in departmental activities, and may wish to contribute to supervision of undergraduate research students. The appointment, subject to budgetary approval, will be made at the rank of Lecturer or Assistant Professor and will commence as soon as possible, ending on June 30th, 2019.
