The Girard School of Business at Merrimack College invites applications for a tenure track position at the Assistant Professor level in Human Resource Management to begin in the fall of 2019 (pending final budget approval). Preference will be given to candidates with expertise and interest in developing and teaching undergraduate and graduate classes in the areas of Compensation/Rewards, HRIS, HR Analytics, and/or Strategic HRM as well as classes that fulfill department needs. The successful candidate must also have demonstrated potential to be an outstanding teacher, productive scholar, and active contributor to professional, departmental, school, college, and community service.

Required Qualifications:

• A PhD in Human Resource Management or closely related field from an AACSB accredited university (or equivalent) by the starting date of appointment

• Prior professional experience is desirable
