Position Description:

Seeking self funded research scholar to leverage their neuroscience training to study the peripheral nervous system and the gut-brain axis. Also, successful candidate will use 10X single-cell sequencing to profile vagal nodose ganglion and enteroendocrine cells, will harvest and process the tissue, disassociate the cells, prepare the sequencing library, and analyze sequencing results in order to identify new subtypes of sensory neurons. Education Requirement: Bachelor of Science
