The Racah Institute of Physics is looking for a highly skilled postdoctoral researcher to join the condensed matter theory groups led by Prof. Snir Gazit, Prof. Dror Orgad, and Prof. Maxim Khodas. Our research spans a broad range of topics in the realm of condensed matter theory, including strongly correlated electron systems, quantum criticality, topological phases of matter, and quantum information.
The appointee will perform theoretical physics research, supplemented by computational work. A proven track record in either strongly correlated phases, statistical mechanics, or any similar subfield involving many-body physics is required. Experience with high-performance computing and data analysis skills are an advantage.
The postdoctoral fellowship position offers a comfortable salary and is for two plus one years. The expected starting date is no later than October 2021 |
